My first visit with my cat, was very reassuring. I had my cat neutered at another vet clinic and they did a less than profession job...The staff at Rum River assured me that he was now in very knowledgeable and caring hands. They did everything to make sure my pet was comfortable and happy during his checkup! The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the experience. I did not give them 5 stars because when I called to book the appointment the receptionist put me on hold for over 5 minutes with no checking in. I felt this was bad customer service but I am glad I chose this clinic! And the receptionist was actually very nice:)
Wonderful staff. Veterinarian and VA were both very thorough and professional. Office was very clean. My vote for employee of the year would have to go to Chester. He was very welcoming.
Ridiculous, you can call all the other vet clinics and they don't make you come in multiple times. Rum River wants you to pay regular exam fees for everything and to top it off they don't really examine our pets (just feel around and call it good). One clinic that we used to go to total cost $125.00 and that is going in once to do everything vs. Rum river $260.00 and we would have to make several trips to do the 1 year check up. Really! I guess we are driving a little farther.
Bringing pets here for 15 years and always an excellent experience. They have always been concerned for our pet and our pocket book. Great combination these days. I would recommend this place.
The staff is absolutely wonderful and devoted. This is definitely our forever vet clinic. One of our cats has heart disease and we have to make lots of visits. They have always been caring and very helpful . They also take the time to talk and answer every question we have. I would recommend to anyone that loves there pet and wants them to be in good hands.
