Pizza is good. Never had it b4. Will have it again however hoping I'll never have to see the Manager again. He is rude af! Telling workers to use their brains while customers are sitting there is uncalled for. I felt bad for the delivery guy, he was just trying to be helpful. Also to motion to the customer who is talking to you that she is wasting your time is beyond rude. Had I not ordered online I would of walked right out.
Love Marco's Pizza. The staff is friendly, and food is great. The pizzas are sooooo delicious, and salads. Cinnamon squares, wings. Mmmmmm.
Ordered here for the first time last night. Was really impressed. The Italiano sandwich was great, the wings were good with lots of sauce and the pizza was above average for a delivery place. We will be ordering again.
Policy...(as told to me this evening by one of the employees) "Never put anyone on hold" Thus, with a room full of people wanting to pick up their orders the phone took full priority. The girl who had been taking orders at the cash register finished with one customer.... looked me in the eye knowing why I was there and proceeded to answer the phone. (She did give a "hang on" and turned away. Once again proving that the only customer they really care about is the next one. Sorry Marcos..... Pizza Man has now gained another customer.
Marco's has some great pizza! It tastes fresh and has lots of flavor. It's also great that you get a free movie next door when you spend at least $10. They have great carry out deals as well.
