make sure you record everything given to the clerk and if mailing make sure it is certified and you video tape the contents being put in. This courthouse from the clerks to judges are notorious for "losing" stuff, changing transcripts, and generally feeling the public is an annoyance.
Horrible service i was ran around couldnt find the court room then when i finally reached it the judge had an attitude with me not even knowing who i was or why i was there for after my case i was told to wait in a hallway to recieve some paper work after 45 mins of waiting in the hall way i was then told to go down stairs where i waited another 30 mins to recieve no paper work an be told it will be mailed to my current address

Ooooooooh, the great and wonderful Anoka County. They put ANYONE and EVERYONE on Probation. WORST county to get any kind of charge in. Any other county where something would be a ticket or fine, Anoka? They will Haul your butt to Jail and sentence you to Probation and Community service so quick, You'll never knew what hit you.
