I went in to try to get a size 5.75 ring resized to 6.5. The employee I spoke to tried to tell me that the ring was in fact a size 4.75 and that the resizing would cost $85. I left and went to another jeweler, who confirmed that it was indeed size 5.75 and resized it that day for $35. Will not be coming back.

Terrible customer service. I had an argument with one of the sales staff that insulted me several time. I strongly advise people that are thinking of shopping for jewelry here to reconsider and shop at the Gould in downtown Anoka - different owner.

Brought in my wedding set to have it soldered and resized. Went there because my mom had great experience having a custom necklace made. Didn't get the name of the woman who helped me but her customer service was TERRIBLE. We don't have a lot of money and my wedding set isn't the fanciest, a point that was made very loudly and repetitively during the fifteen minutes I was there. She was rude and kept mentioning how low the quality of the metal was and then asked if the diamond was real or cubic zirconia!! I was so embarrassed and near tears. Ended up calling the Goulds down the street and they will be taking care of my rings for me. I will never step foot in this location again.
Read the fine print... Free checking and tightening loose stones on a custom made ring (made by them) was done at no charge, if brought in every six mos. that changed today, out of the blue, "We have to charge, obviously Frank's dead, and this is a whole different business."
