I should have known better than to get a membership at a touch car wash, but I thought why not. Well, after about a month, I noticed two large scratches going up my hood. I went back and they assured that their machienes wouldnt do that. They said it was residue, so they grabbed some cheap liquid wax and some rough terry cloths, and continued to rub in and scratch the hood more. The wax just covered the scratches. Go to holiday instead and get a touch free one.
The vacuums have great sucken allowing me to get in and out quickly. The car wash does a really nice job too and having a human spray the big dirt off first was a nice surprise. It seems my car is cleaner than other car washes I've to.
Very satisfied with there service, one of the best car washes place I've visited, if u wash your car a lot I would recommend the monthly car washes very worth it, I would recommend this wash and very professional love it!!!!
Nice operators. Their machine did leave a fair amount of soap on my truck afterwards.

Of course... he denied their machines responsible, which was expected and since i cannot prove it, i am once again going to have to dish out money to have the scratches removed.
I ran through this morning and stopped at the store after. I got out and saw my truck was still dirty with hard water spots. I also found both veritcal and horizontal scratches along both sides of my truck. I had my truck buffed out less than 2 weeks ago.
I wish i could say better or review better but poor wash quality and a scratched up truck (that's only 6 months old) is what i got.
Even though I knew they would deny their machines responsible, I called and spoke to Nathan. He said to bring the truck back. So i did, and showed him. He said we could run the truck thru again but i declined after showing him the scratches both on the truck bed and the front fenders. I don't need to make them worse.
I am convinced it is the fabric washers that have dirt embedded in them, but again, i cannot prove it. All i know is that I know my truck's every inch. I am very meticulous in the paint care and appearance because of the amount of money i spent on it and custom ordered it.
