It wasn’t a bad experience yet not the best ever. The guys who was working at the front desk seemed like he just didn’t get enough sleep the night before and was not in his best mood. Other than that I went in with my own oil and filter and they just charged me for replacing it. Which in total came out to be less than $20

It was nice talking to them on the phone about my car issues. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I liked getting a report about what they found after I brought my car in. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. They also have a bathroom available. They charged for testing, but that's understandable. Not knowing much about cars, it was nice of them to not push me into doing anything I wasn't sure about.
I like the fact that it was explained to me what has been done and what needs to be done without having to spend unnecessary stuff on my SUV.
Literally the only big name shop I've been to where I didn't feel like I was getting screwed over. They checked everything out on my car (comes with oil changes) and told me what could wait and what needed attention. They said my tire tread was getting low but it was good for now. They checked my brakes for a strange noise and said that the only thing wrong was a rusty rotor. They didn't even recommend replacement unless I was too sick of the noise, bringing up instead the fact that I still had 50 percent brake life left. I got a free loaner car that was so good I didn't want to give it back! Truly 5 star service
Came in because of loud grinding found out the whole front brakes were bad. Got a very good estimate almost 1k less than other places and they let me bring my own parts in. very proffesional and fast and they gave me 50$ off. Lives up to the name.
